This is a photo was won an award and is from the photographer Richard Stacks. This photographer , a Baltimore native, had no formal training as a photographer. He started being interested in photography while attending school at City College.
At City, he took pictures of sporting events and dances. After he graduated, Stacks did a short stint working in a steel mill before picking up the camera again working as a door-to-door baby photographer.
In this picture we can see, in the background, a small wooden house. Next to the house we can see a trees. In the foreground there is a lake, in this is reflected in the house background. We also see a small boat and a long fence.
